You’ll be participating in three one one one sessions with a Coach focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in the regular classes, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a beginner-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
